in an microwave safe mug - add 8oz of water
Crack an egg into the water
IMPORTANT - with a toothpick, pierce the egg yolk
Microwave on high power for 1:30. Adjust time up/down depending on size egg and preference
Serve on Toast or Muffin
Add enough water to small pot to cover the number of eggs you wish to soft-boil.
Bring the water to a simmering boil - THEN add the eggs carefully so they don't crack.
Boil/simmer for 7 min. (Adjust for size eggs and preferences)
Quickly cool eggs in cold water to stop the cooking.
