50ml Bombay Sapphire
10ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml MARTINI Rosso
2 lime wedges - gently squeezed
100ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale - chilled & freshly opened
Ginger Root – freshly sliced
1 Mint Sprig - freshly awoken
Bombay Sapphire Copa de Balon Glass
Squeeze 2 lime wedges into the glass then drop in the ginger slice
Measure in the gin, Rosso Vermouth & St-Germain. Swirl well to mix.
Fully fill the glass with cubed ice.
Top with Ginger Ale then gently fold/ stir to combine.
Garnish with a freshly awoken mint sprig and slice of ginger root. Cheers!
