This is a wonderful green sauce good for marinating chicken in, or using as a condiment, sauce, or base for a salad dressing. Very versatile.
6 cloves Garlic
2 Shallots
2 cups packed fresh flat leaf parsley
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 tbsp (heaping) sea salt
1 tsp red chili flakes
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
Place all ingredients except olive oil in Blender and pulse till smooth (thick) mixture.
Add olive oil and blend till smooth.
